what does the back side of the desk look like? i am not planning on putting it against the wall so it will be visible. want to make sure it looks nice enough. thanks.

The back is open but all sides are finished nicely so it looks really nice even if you don’t have it against a wall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Seven B from Great Quality The desk is a little on the low side by almost 3ft tall but was perfect to where I was placing it in my bedroom. I'm really loving the solid MDF melamine - makes it really sturdy. The leveling feature is so simple and very handy for non-leveled floors. My only problem was one of the sides (side legs) was predrilled 1/4" too short but the company was quick responding and will be sending a new side asap. The price may be on the high side but it's worth the quality and if you can get it on sale, the better. One last thing, read the instructions because they are very clear and was one of the best instruction booklets I've ever read.

Rated 5 out of 5 by SANe from Great Value. Looks expensive! This is an attractive piece of furniture which complements our decor. It is not too high tech or modern as some TV stands are. It was easy to put together in a couple of hours with the help of my 15 year-old son. The instructions, along with the online videos provided by the manufacturer were very clear. We like that it is made in Canada and that all of the hardware was very high quality. There is only a partial back panel, which makes it easy to string wires for AV components in various directions, without having to weave them through tiny holes. It was well packaged and shipped sooner than promised.

However in the last step of attaching the knobs the screws provided are too long and pierced through the front of the desk (photo) but if you put the screws in just before they break through the the handles are too looses. I would recommend it, but check your screw length first

I ordered online- UPS shipping, but that translated to Purolator and they don't have dollies although mine did have an owly driver. She could have knocked on the door and we would have got it up between us but she got my neighbor to do it first. Middle of winter, five steps, 77 lb awkward shaped box.. anyways, that aside- put it together myself on the carpeted floor without issue. Not one screw missing or extra from either table. Love the cubby, it holds DVDs and CDs equally well while the divided bottom section let's me have a couple pieces on display on the shallow side and a few books currently being read/used on the side facing the couch. Love them both!

It is a perfect desk for my husband and myself as it has a lot of surface space as well as the spacious drawers in the middle. I got this desk on sale and think it was a great price. Even the manufacturer was very helpful and responded in a very quick manner when I had questions.

This bed comes in one pkg , very heavy to unload and move around. I realize that one pkg is probably a cost effective and efficient for the manufacturer , but if it was shipped in 2 pkgs it would be much easier to handle. The assembly is easy and does not take long , parts are labelled for ease of assembly. There were 2 small issues : one of the particle board supports that run the length of the bed arrived cracked. I was able to replace it with a plywood pce. Also , on the underside of the drawer boxes where the glides attach to , the screw holes should be pre drilled. The particle board splits easily when the screws are inserted . Pre drilling would solve this issue.

When I called Nexera, they asked me to refer to their videos online for installation. After many failed attempts, they told me that my warranty period is over and I was likely to have not done it right. Parts that they originally told me that they can send for replacement were initially discussed to be free, and then later revoked because it was past the warranty period. I even asked my contractor to look at it, and he told me this product was faulty. In July, the two of the drawer faces have already fallen off. Similar to someone who commented earlier, make sure you use the right screws for the handle tabs. I've also punched through the drawer faces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Harmony 365 from Excellent bed!! Bought this bed for my 27 year old son a month ago. He's like 5, 7 or 5, 8. So length is just right. As well my little boys (9 & 5) like to hang out with him so it accomodates all their weight. Made sure I paid attention to bed size and weight limits for the bed. Drawers are an alright size. Not like a dresser size but they work just fine. Was put together nicely with extra few pieces of hardware left over. Took a couple hours.
